Summary

In this chapter, we have leant about the concept of ERP. We discussed its history and future aspects. We also discussed about Oracle, its history and its ole in the ERP space, comparing it with the other ERP Products in market. We learnt about the different tools supporting E-Biz and their version and releases. We then moved to the Architecture of E-Biz. We discussed about the file system and the directory structure. We discussed about the different user interfaces, and learnt about the usage of the user interfaces. We discussed about the Self Service HR as a module, and discussed its versatility and usages.
